In my teens I started my HR career with my Bachelor in Human Resource Management. I knew from the start that I was a people person so this direction was a perfect match. 

I worked with a lot of different cultures and nationalities throughout the years and you know what? everyone sees the world differently and that amazed me. 

It's so inspiring to learn from all these different worlds.

8 Years into my career I was struggling a lot. I felt that I had too many things on my plate and couldn't handle it anymore. 

The pressure came from work but also within myself. I wanted to have it all and I couldn't keep up. I also saw that many of my friends and family all got married and have children but I just wasn't ready. My parents divorced when I was 4 and I felt like I still had to work through a lot of my struggles from my childhood. 

I decided on my lowest point to search for help. I knew I was capable of so much more but I was holding myself back. I met an amazing coach that helped me to look at the world in a different perspective so that I didn't see problems or struggles but I saw a challenge that got me further in life. I realized how powerful I am and instead of being on the passenger seat I became the driver of my car again and took responsibility for the things that were happening in my life. 

I decided to start with a coaching training accredited by the International Coach Federation. I met so many interesting people there that supported me and didn't judge me. They helped me grow into a powerful woman that I am today.
